The captured Son-
Just wondering if any of you guys ever with your level 14-15 (level you should be around when u get/do it) did any of you solo this quest?
I got really really close, like only the boss and a few enemies were left..what I did was persistence. I just kept coming back full wipe at -55% and killing them 1 at a time 1 per time i wiped....over and over and over again. But I had -60 i believe when I tried the last group and boss, And I just could not do it. Could not kill 1 b4 they killed all my group at that point. So I know you can pay for runs with that quest but there HAS to be a reason why Anet put it there, and made it so hard. Its gotta be soloble at that level right? |

I soloed it with a survivor ranger before. Did you pull the little groups in the mob? Basically, after you've cleared some space on the beach by killing naga patrols, approach the huge mob of Crimson whatevers. Flag your henches back, equip a flatbow, and shoot your nearest foe. Run back to your flagged henchmen and a little cluster of the mob should follow you. Repeat this over and over again until the entire mob is gone.

And to answer the question of whether done this quest with only hench(which I think is what you mean by solo) at that lvl, then yes. Factions has a steep learning curve, the quest more or less teaches you to recognize patrol patterns and to pull or risk getting overwhelmed. |

I did that with 60dp on my assassin (with henches). It was hard because I didn't have longbow to pull so I was a bate

Easily doable with henchies if you pull the mobs carefully.

I soloed it with a my old factions monk a year or so ago. You just need to pull and control aggro.
